Q. What should I bring with me to Boot Camp?
Besides comfortable clothing you can exercise in (make sure to bring a jacket or sweatshirt in case we decide to move it outside), the most important thing for you to bring is a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness and desire to have fun with other men and women just like you!

The social element of Boot Camp is a vital part of your success. The camaraderie and support is tremendous. Everyone works together as a team, inspiring and being inspired.

Other things to bring: Your own exercise mat, a small set of hand weights (5 or 8 pounds is sufficient unless you are very advanced), a water bottle and running shoes. All of these items can be purchased very inexpensively at Target, or WAL*MART. You may also want to bring a towel and gloves or mittens in the cooler months.
